Q. Is your company licensed and insured? A. Yes, we hold a General Residential License, General Commercial License and Electrical License with the state of Arizona . We are also bonded and carry Worker's Compensation along with General Liability.
Q. What if I change my mind about something after the contract is signed? A. Homeowners often decide to make additions and deletions to their projects after work has started.
Q. What are my payment options? A. Payment schedule depends on the scope of your project. There is typically a deposit required at the signing of the contract, then a progress payment schedule of generally 3 or 4 payments and balance at completion
.Q. Can I do some of the work? A. Yes. You may do as much or as little as you want or are able to do.
Q. Do you have your own employees or do you subcontract all of the work? A. Our employees do a large portion of the work, however we do subcontract with some companies. Our employees are trustworthy and have been with us for many years. We have long standing relationships with our subcontractors as well.
Q. Do we need to leave our home during the remodeling job? A. Not necessarily. Actually, most of our customers stay at home during the project.
Q. Do we need an architect or designer? A. It depends. Cosmetic changes can often be done without requiring a permit and our designer can help you come up with ideas.If plans are required, we will be happy to work with your architect, but as a design/build company we can offer those services to you also. We can take care of design, plans, permit and Home Owner Association approval if need be.
