 After 38 years in the building business in the State of California , I needed to find a builder for my project in Arizona with a reputable reputation. I was lucky to find such a class builder that performed the work with exceptional quality in a reasonable amount of time. Champion Built added a 1600 sft addition onto our existing 3000 sft home and performed an interior remodel.  The Project was performed while we (all 7 of us) lived on premises.  Joe Jenkins and his Crew were courteous, responsive, professional and skilled.  We had weather problems from the outset, but our Project was minimally delayed.  Joe even put up with our numerous changes.  If you know Joe, you know his patience and “can do” attitude.  We have recommended Champion Built and Joe to whoever is in the market for a skilled contractor.  Trust us, if you find one hire him/her.  We did and we have no regrets.

We can attest to the qualifications of Champion Built Contracting as a firm of quality, diligence and attention to detail. This firm recently constructed and completed a large, attached patio structure for our home. During the quote phase Joe Jenkins worked with us to make sure the design and details we desired were documented and the proposal was sound. The formal quote was detailed and covered every reasonable contingency. Champion Built submitted documentation and obtained necessary permits and approvals from the HOA and the city, including working through a difficult permit variance request. When the construction commenced, his team was there everyday on time. Work continued daily without confusion or questions for us. Everyday the work site was cleaned and put in order. Joe oversaw all work and we talked daily about the progress and he addressed any questions we had. The project was completed and appeared just as we envisioned.

In conclusion, we would not hesitate in recommending Champion Built Contracting for a project of this type.

We found it easy to work with Joe Jenkins, the owner of Champion Built. When we discussed our remodeling project with him, he made a number of suggestions that helped us solve design problems and avoid unnecessary costs.

The Champion Built team members were very professional and also very skillful in performing their assigned tasks. For us, a particularly pleasing aspect of their performance was the way they cleaned up the worksite at the end of each and every workday.

While our remodeling project was underway, Joe and his team members identified a pre-existing subfloor plumbing leak, and were successful in repairing it. That leak, left undetected, would have cost us a lot of money in the future.

Joe Jenkins and his entire crew do listen to the directions, suggestions, comments and yet, complaints of the homeowner. We are very pleased with Champion Built's work and with the finished remodeling project.
